Intellectual property
Under Canadian copyright law, any image, product, photo or concept found on the jesk.ca website is the exclusive intellectual property of JesK and may not be reproduced, modified or used in whole or in part without the written consent of JesK.
Customer authorization
The Customer authorizes JesK to use photos of the product for commercial purposes when the Customer buys a personalized product.
Customer commitment
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate contact details. Any costs incurred due to an error on the part of the Customer will be billed to the Customer, such as an incorrect delivery address.
The customer undertakes to select the correct product; any error in the Order cannot be reimbursed, as this is a unique personalized product.
The Customer agrees to provide JesK with texts, photos and/or images that are free of rights or that belong to JesK.
JesK's commitment
JesK is committed to respecting deadlines and offering quality customer service both before and after the sale.
JesK undertakes to protect the Customer's identity in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
JesK undertakes not to use a Customer's logo for another third party.
Limitation of liability
JesK undertakes to supply the product as represented in the photos on the jesk.ca website, but cannot be held responsible for any Color difference between the photo and the product sold to the Customer, as the display parameters of the screens can significantly modify the Colors of the images.
