Intellectual Property
Under Canadian copyright law, all images, products, photos, or concepts appearing on the jesk.ca website are the exclusive intellectual property of JesK and may not be reproduced, modified, or used, in whole or in part, without the written consent of JesK.
Authorization Granted by the Client
The Customer authorizes JesK to use photos of the finished product for commercial purposes when the Customer purchases a personalized product.
Client Commitment
The Customer agrees to provide accurate contact information. Any costs incurred due to an error on the Customer’s part—such as an incorrect shipping address—will be billed to the Customer.
The Customer agrees to select the correct product; any error made during the “ Order ” will not be eligible for a refund, as this is a one-of-a-kind, customized product.
The Client agrees to provide JesK with text, photos, and/or images that are either royalty-free or owned by the Client.
JesK's Commitment
JesK is committed to meeting the announced deadlines and providing quality customer service both before and after the sale.
JesK is committed to protecting the Customer's identity in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
JesK agrees not to use a Client’s logo for any other third party.
Limitation of Liability
JesK is committed to providing the product as shown in the photos on the jesk.ca website but cannot be held liable for any differences in Color between the photo and the product sold to the Customer, as screen display settings can significantly alter the Colors of images.
