Return policy

At JesK, customer satisfaction is important. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply.

Customized products

All customized products are made to Order according to the customer's specifications. For this reason, sales are final and no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

Any request to cancel or modify a Order , if accepted at our sole discretion and subject to reservation, will not be eligible for a refund. The amount may then be applied as store credit only, usable on a Order .

Please check all details (spelling, dimensions, Colors, etc.) before confirming your Order.

Standard products (not customized)

Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are :

  • Not used

  • In original packaging

  • In perfect resale condition

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of error or defective product. Reimbursement will be made once the item has been received and inspected.

Defective product or Order error

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect Order , please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing a description of the problem and photos if possible. We promise to rectify the situation quickly.
